What Then? Studio

Because all items are made to order, we follow Printful’s return guidelines.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Change of mind

Please double-check sizing charts and product details before ordering.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong item or misprint)

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

If approved, we will issue:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund (at our discretion)

Lost Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but not received:

  • Check with your local carrier first

  • Contact us and we’ll help investigate

What Then? Studio is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.
