What Then? Studio partners with Printful, a print-on-demand fulfillment provider. All products are made to order, which allows us to reduce waste and offer unique designs.

Processing Time

  • All items are printed and fulfilled after your order is placed

  • Production typically takes 2–7 business days

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays

Shipping Time

Once fulfilled, shipping times vary by destination:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days

Please note: shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Product type

  • Quantity

  • Destination

Tracking Information

  • Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships

  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment

Delays

Occasionally, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volume

  • Customs processing (international orders)

  • Carrier issues outside our control

What Then? Studio is not responsible for carrier delays, but we’ll always help track down your order if there’s an issue.

Incorrect Address
